Miriam teaches at her home studio at Wattle Glen as well as offering mobile services to corporate clients, community groups, rehab. centres, schools, sporting clubs, leisure centres, industry and the private sector.

health, fitness and strength.
Self defense is an extension of this program if the student is committed to practice the art on a regular basis.
The Cheng Ming system is a lifelong choice, a living art that requires committment and patience.
Training is non-combat .A grading system is offered to those wishing to embark on a long term course from beginner to instructor level.
A certificate is issued with accreditation that is recognised by Master Wang Fu Lai and other Cheng Ming
