Children who experience bullying will learn techniques to discourage aggressors without using brute force.

This program has three components.
Hsing-I twelve Animals
Represents the various animals in the Hsing-I system.
It is the study of “form mind boxing " in Chinese philophsy.
The linear patterns are non contact and non competative.
Hsing-I animals helps children to understand the nature of animal hunting and survival skills. They can then adopt the techniques to their own advantages for personal application in self defense.
This form improves social interaction with others .
