The childrens classes finishes with Qi Gong to slow down their excitement leaving them with a feeling of inner harmony and peace. Later, there will be an increase of energy after the body is relaxed and supple.

A stand form meditation using arm exchanges whilst calming the mind of the children after all the excitement of 12 animals practice. Increasess blood flow and energy to the five major organs. Teaches students to just "be still" for a period of time. |
