These forms are for the intermediate to advanced students. All forms are linear and require focus, strength and balance.
LIGHTNING STICK
Using a short sick usually the length of a normal walking stick.
This pattern has many twist and turns, is very aerobic and can be used for many self defense applications. These applications can also be adapted for use with an unbrella.
HSING-I SWORD (2 Separate forms)
Using a flat sword, these forms are linear advance and changing angles. Has some hopping and jumping conponents.
HSING-STAFF
Using a long stick up to your forehead height, this form requires aguility and strength. Has some twirling and turning patterns.
HSING-I SPEAR
Begins with spear 5 elements, advancing to spear full pattern.
Lots of angle work, twirling and stabbing techniques with spear.
SABER
Using a broad sword, this encourages " core work" and many twists.
TAI CHI SWORD
This beautiful form is the queen of weapons. Very graceful, slow and elegant. Very dance like and more aerobic than it appears.
